2.1. No Money-Back Guarantee
We do not offer a money-back guarantee for web hosting services. All payments are non-refundable once the service is activated.
2.2. Cancellations
You may cancel your web hosting service at any time. However, no refunds will be provided upon cancellation, and the service will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
3. Cloud Hosting Services
All payments for cloud hosting services are non-refundable, including any charges based on resource usage such as bandwidth, storage, and computing power.
3.1. No Refunds for Cloud Hosting
There are no refunds for cloud hosting services under any circumstances. This includes both prepaid and pay-as-you-go plans.
3.2. Cancellations
Cancellations of cloud hosting services will not result in any refund, and the service will remain active until the end of the billing period.

Email hosting services are non-refundable, including:

- Custom server configurations or development work

6. Cancellation Policy

7. Account Violations

If your account is terminated due to a policy violation on our part, or if we fail to meet the terms of our service agreement, a prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion of your service.
7.2. No Refunds for Customer Violations
Suppose your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation you caused (e.g., misuse of resources, illegal activities, spamming). In that case, no refund will be issued, even if there is time remaining in your current billing cycle.
