Introduction
This License Agreement describes the terms under which Decasix grants users permission to access and use the software, systems, and digital services available through https://decasix.com/
Decasix provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools, automation systems, templates, and related digital solutions designed to support business workflows and operational processes.
By accessing or using the platform, users acknowledge that they are granted a limited license to use the software, subject to the conditions described in this agreement and the platform’s Terms and Conditions.
This agreement does not transfer ownership of any software or system components to users.
Grant of License
Decasix grants users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the platform and its services for legitimate business or professional purposes.
This license allows users to:
- Access the software through the platform interface
- Use the available tools according to their intended functionality
- generate outputs based on their own data or inputs
- utilise the platform within the limits of their subscribed service plan
The license remains valid only while the user maintains a valid account or service subscription, where applicable.
Ownership of the Platform
All software systems, automation tools, designs, platform infrastructure, and related materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Decasix or its licensors.
Users acknowledge that:
- The underlying software and platform infrastructure belong to Decasix
- Access to the platform does not grant ownership of any software components
- The license provided is limited to usage rights only
Nothing in this agreement should be interpreted as transferring ownership rights to users.
Restrictions on Use
To protect the integrity of the platform and its intellectual property, certain activities are not permitted under this license.
Users must not:
- copy, reproduce, or distribute proprietary software components
- attempt to reverse engineer or decompile platform systems
- create derivative products based on the platform’s infrastructure
- resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute platform services without authorisation
- Use automated methods to extract proprietary system data
Any attempt to circumvent platform protections or exploit software systems may result in immediate termination of the license.
Access and Service Limits
Access to the platform may be subject to usage limits depending on the service plan or operational capacity of the system.
These limits may include factors such as:
- number of requests processed through the platform
- system resource consumption
- storage or hosting usage
- automation workload
Where resource usage exceeds normal operational thresholds or product-specific limits, the platform may apply additional measures such as:
- requesting users to upgrade their service plan
- applying overage charges where applicable
- temporarily restricting excessive system usage
These measures ensure fair allocation of infrastructure resources and system stability for all users.
User Data and Generated Outputs
Users may input data into platform tools in order to generate outputs or perform automated processes. Users retain ownership of their original data and the outputs generated from their inputs, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
However, the underlying software systems used to generate those outputs remain the property of Decasix. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of generated outputs before relying on them in operational or business decisions.
Third-Party Components
Certain features of the platform may rely on third-party technologies, libraries, or infrastructure providers.
Where such components are used:
- The rights associated with those technologies remain with their respective licensors
- Users may be subject to additional terms imposed by those third-party providers
Decasix does not grant rights to third-party software beyond what is necessary to operate the platform.
License Termination
This license may be terminated under circumstances including:
- violation of this agreement or other platform policies
- misuse of the platform or its infrastructure
- unauthorised attempts to copy or redistribute software components
- legal or regulatory requirements requiring service suspension
Upon termination, the user’s right to access and use the platform will immediately cease.
Termination does not affect any obligations that arose prior to termination.
Platform Modifications
Decasix may modify, update, or improve its software systems as part of ongoing development.
This may include:
- adding new features or capabilities
- modifying system functionality
- removing outdated components
- improving performance or security
Users acknowledge that the platform is an evolving system and that changes may occur without altering the fundamental licensing terms described in this agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The software and services provided through Decasix are made available on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain reliable functionality, Decasix does not guarantee that:
- The software will always operate without interruptions
- Every feature will meet all possible user requirements
- System outputs will be suitable for every operational scenario
Users are responsible for evaluating how the platform fits within their own workflows and business processes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decasix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or its software systems.
This includes potential losses related to:
- operational disruptions
- business interruptions
- financial decisions based on generated outputs
- data loss caused by factors outside the platform’s control
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant service during the most recent billing period.
Changes to This Agreement
Decasix may update this License Agreement periodically to reflect platform updates, technological changes, or legal requirements.
Updated versions will be published on https://decasix.com/ with the revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after updates are published indicates acceptance of the updated agreement.
Governing Law
This License Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with this agreement shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, India.
